For everyday spot color printing
Use standard FN-INK plastisol colors for cotton and cotton-rich garments. They print creamy, cover well, and are easy to cure at lower temperatures, which helps speed up production and protect heat-sensitive fabrics.
For bright, opaque whites on dark shirts
Choose a dedicated white plastisol ink for underbases and top whites. Look for low-cure performance and high opacity so you can hit coverage in fewer strokes and reduce risk of dye migration on blends.
For prints that stand out with effects
Metallic gold and silver, brights, and specialty tones are ideal for highlight prints, fashion tees, and accent hits on darker garments. Use lower mesh counts and a slightly thicker deposit to get maximum sparkle and impact.
For shops watching speed and energy costs
Low-cure plastisol inks can fully cure at lower temperatures when the entire ink layer reaches cure temp. That means shorter dryer dwell times, cooler shops, and better protection against shrinking or scorching delicate fabrics.
