Step 2 – Ship Your Frames To Press Doctor
Pack your frames securely and ship with your preferred carrier.
Step 3 – We Remesh & Match Sizes
We trade your frames for freshly remeshed frames in the same sizes.
Step 4 – Receive Ready-To-Print Screens
Your remeshed frames* arrive and are ready for coating and exposure.
*You’ll receive remeshed frames, not the exact same frame you sent in, but matched to the sizes and mesh type on your order.
Prefer to keep your own frames? We can remesh those exact frames, but this option requires additional lead time. Just let us know during ordering.

Turnaround time: Typically 1-3 business days from the day your frames arrive.
Shipping to us: You are responsible for shipping frames to our facility.
Shipping back: We invoice return shipping and pack frames securely in boxes.
Remesh Program FAQ
A: By default, we trade your frames for remeshed frames in the same size you send, which keeps turnaround fast and inventory moving. If you prefer to keep your original frames, we can remesh those exact frames as well, but this option requires additional lead time.
A: Most shops ship frames to us. Just prep, pack, and send them with your preferred carrier.
A: We recommend at least 12 frames per shipment to keep shipping cost per frame reasonable, but we can work with smaller batches.
A: By default, our program is designed for aluminum frames only but upon request we can remesh wood frames as well, but would require additional lead time.
A: If frames arrive warped, cracked, or heavily seasoned, we’ll contact you. You can choose to dispose of them, have them returned at your cost, or move forward with remeshing them at your risk. This would add additional lead time to your order.
