Prices, product details, and availability may change without notice and are not guaranteed. Promotions and specials are limited to stock on hand and may be modified or ended at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and catalogs accurate, but content may contain typographical, pricing, or technical errors.

 

Pricing and Listing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system or human error, Press Doctor is not obligated to honor the error. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust any order affected by an error, even if the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund or credit for the incorrect amount.

 

Quantity Limits and Offer-Specific Terms

We reserve the right to limit quantities on promotional items. Additional terms may apply to specific offers, coupons, discount codes, or promotions as stated on the applicable product, collection, or offer page.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, timing, eligibility, and exclusions are outlined in our Shipping Policy, including:

  • Free ground shipping on eligible supply orders of $300+ (exclusions apply, including Alaska and Hawaii, and certain item types).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday, typically ship the same day.
  • Some items may ship direct from the manufacturer and may take longer.

Order Inspection, Damage, and Missing or Incorrect Items

Inspect shipments promptly. If items are missing, incorrect, or damaged in transit, you must contact us within the timeframes listed in our Refund Policy.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Restocking

Return eligibility, timeframes, non-returnable items, and restocking fees are governed by our Refund Policy, including:

  • Most unused, resalable supply products may be returned within 5 days of delivery (returns after that window, if accepted, may be store credit only).

  • Most approved returns are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable (exceptions apply for our error or transit damage).
