Ulano Orange SBQ Photopolymer Emulsion, Gallon

Ulano Orange is a ready-to-use SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion built for imprinted sportswear and high-throughput screen rooms. Its orange masking color reduces light scatter (halation) to help hold fine lines and detail, even on more affordable white mesh. Despite the anti-halation color, it exposes ultra fast, making it a strong fit for shops using fluorescent tubes or other lower-intensity light sources.

With a higher viscosity, Ulano Orange offers better control for hand coating and works well on coarser mesh. High solids content supports clean mesh bridging, sharper edges, and faster drying. Once exposed, stencils resist plastisols and most washup solvents, handle humidity well without getting tacky, and reclaim easily.
